"The social welfare act,"

by repealing sections 107a and 107b (MCL 400.107a and 400.107b).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Sections 107a and 107b of the social welfare act, 1939 PA 280, MCL 400.107a and 400.107b, are repealed.
