Criminal procedure; mental capacity; time limitation on completion of an examination to evaluate incompetence to stand trial and other revisions to procedures related to criminal responsibility; provide for. Amends secs. 20a & 36, ch. VIII of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 768.20a & 768.36) & adds secs. 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 & 51 to ch. VIII.
