Summary
Energy; alternative sources; energy generated from waste; allow to qualify as renewable or advanced cleaner energy, modify renewable energy location requirements, and eliminate energy optimization program. Amends secs. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 21, 27, 39, 43, 45, 89, 91, 93 & 95 of 2008 PA 295 (MCL 460.1001 et seq.) & repeals (see bill).
