Summary

Requiring a purchaser in a foreclosure sale, if the purchaser is the secured party, to pay the entire amount of any required recordation or transfer taxes at the time of recording a deed transferring title to the property; requiring the person authorized to make the sale to record a deed transferring title to the property or, if title has not been transferred, the final order of ratification within 60 days after the date of the final order ratifying the sale in an action to foreclose a mortgage or deed of trust; etc.
