Summary

Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County to issue two Class B-DD licenses for restaurants in the zoned development district of the City of Bladensburg; authorizing a person to obtain one other Class B license anywhere in the county for each Class B-DD license the person is issued under specified circumstances; providing that a specified Class B license shall remain in effect under specified circumstances, subject to specified conditions; altering a specified prohibition; etc.
