Requiring dentists to obtain written informed consent from patients prior to performing any dental procedures or treatments that include the removal of dental materials containing mercury; specifying the content of written informed consent; requiring dentists to keep the original informed consent in a specified chart; and requiring the State Board of Dental Examiners to adopt specified regulations.
