Summary

Requiring the Department of Budget and Management, in consultation with the State Retirement Agency, to issue a specified request for information on the viability of replacing specified disability benefits provided by the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System with a specified insurance program; and requiring the Department to submit a report to the General Assembly and the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System, on or before December 1, 2016, on the results of the study.
