Summary

Authorizing a taxpayer to record specified property tax appeal hearings at the taxpayer's expense; adding the right to record the hearing to the Property Owner's Bill of Rights; providing that the State Department of Assessments and Taxation may not be required to provide recording equipment; providing that the Department is not required to update printed copies of the Property Owner's Bill of Rights until the next scheduled printing; requiring the Department to update its Web site to reflect changes made in the Act; etc.
