Summary

Requiring each county board of education to grant certain students temporary admission to schools for a specified time frame if the parent or guardian of a student is unable to provide proof of immunization under certain circumstances; and requiring the parent or guardian of a student granted temporary admission to present evidence of the student's appointment within 60 calendar days of the admission with a health professional or local health department for purposes of receiving the required immunizations or reconstructing a lost record.
