Summary

Altering the order of priority by which child support income tax refund interception requests are honored; requiring the Child Support Enforcement Administration to provide a specified information sheet to an obligee who receives a specified refund; and requiring the Department of Human Resources to submit a report to the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2014, on why specified options for improving child support collection have not been implemented and on the cost of implementing those options.
