Summary

Allowing a student who resides in the geographical attendance area of one secondary school in Talbot County to represent another secondary school in the county in an interscholastic athletic activity if the activity is not offered in the resident school; allowing the student to participate in the athletic activity without transferring to the school outside of the student's geographical attendance area; and making the Act an emergency measure.
