Summary

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations to implement a system for collecting data on the total number of abortions performed in the State and using specified data for assessing the overall pregnancy rate and teen pregnancy rate in the State; requiring that the regulations ensure the protection of the confidentiality of specified individuals; and requiring the Department to adopt the regulations on or before December 1, 2016.
