Summary

Authorizing the governing body of a county or a municipal corporation to adopt an ordinance or local law that prohibits a person from selling drug paraphernalia to a minor; authorizing a county or a municipal corporation to impose specified criminal or civil penalties; and providing that a local law adopted by a county or municipal corporation may authorize revocation or nonrenewal of a license or permit of a business found to be in violation of the local law.
