Summary
Providing that, subject to certain exceptions, a participant in an employee assistance program may not disclose or be compelled to disclose the content of certain written or oral communications that arise from the participant's participation in the employee assistance program; and providing that certain confidential information provided by an employee assistance program is not subject to disclosure under the Public Information Act.
