Summary

Establishing that discovery in a health care malpractice claim is available on the basis of a report of an attesting expert; specifying the contents of a specified report of an attesting expert under specified circumstances; providing that specified reports are not admissible into evidence in a hearing or a trial for a health care malpractice claim; allowing the assertion of specified claims and defenses; and authorizing an extension of time for filing a specified certificate or report under specified circumstances.
