Summary

Establishing the Task Force on Financial Incentives for Pet-Friendly Housing to study matters related to pet-friendly housing, including financial incentives, insurance or liability structures, and barriers on varied sizes and breeds; and requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations on how to financially incentivize the expansion of pet-friendly housing to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before November 1, 2024.
