Summary

Repealing certain provisions of law that require the State Board of Pharmacy to adopt regulations regarding the administration of specified vaccines by pharmacists with the agreement of the State Board of Physicians and the State Board of Nursing; requiring the State Board of Pharmacy to consult with specified boards regarding specified regulations; and requiring the State Board of Pharmacy to meet annually with specified boards to review specified regulations.
