Requiring the State Board of Education to submit a request for proposals on or before August 1, 2016, for up to five operators who will provide students in the State with a Next Generation School to be operated under the supervision of the State Board; establishing a specified fund for a specified purpose; requiring the Department of Education to administer the fund; providing for the composition of the fund; specifying the uses of the fund; requiring the State Treasurer to invest the money of the fund in a specified manner; etc.
