Summary

Requiring a landlord to offer a 36-month residential lease for residential dwelling structures offered for rent to individuals age 55 years and older; limiting the application of the Act to properties that are composed of at least five dwelling units and to properties that have received funding from the State on or after October 1, 2011 that is used for construction or improvements to the property; and requiring the 36-month residential lease required under the Act to be offered to specified individuals and lessees.
