Summary

Prohibiting a person from leaving a dog outside and unattended for longer than 30 minutes without access to continuous suitable shelter during extreme weather conditions; providing that a violation of the Act is a civil offense with a first violation receiving a warning, a second violation receiving a $500 fine, and a subsequent violation receiving a fine of $1,000 each.
