Summary

Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore County to issue not more than five Class B beer, wine and liquor exception licenses for use by a license holder at a property owned or leased by a person or persons within 3,000 feet of the property line of another property owned or leased by one or more of the same persons; authorizing the issuance of more than five licenses for use in a mixed-use development under specified circumstances; providing that a license issued under the Act is not transferable; etc.
