Summary

Establishing that a specified person is not civilly liable for damages resulting from the person's forcible entry into a motor vehicle for the purpose of removing a child under the age of 8 years under specified circumstances; providing that immunity from civil liability does not apply to a person who acts in a manner that constitutes willful or wanton misconduct or gross negligence or who renders aid to a child that is not authorized by the Act; etc.
