Summary

Prohibiting the transfer of interest from the Family Security Trust Fund to the General Fund of the State; requiring the Comptroller to account for interest earnings transferred to the General Fund of the State from the Family Security Trust Fund during fiscal years 2010 through 2012 and requiring the Comptroller to provide notice of the accounting; and requiring the Governor to include an appropriation in the State budget for fiscal year 2014 to repay interest earnings transferred from the Family Security Trust Fund.
