Summary

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Adventure Sports Center International Site located in McHenry, including upgrading telecommunications and building and upgrading existing infrastructure facilities; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; etc.
