Summary

Increasing from 10 years to 20 years the maximum imprisonment and from $10,000 to $20,000 the maximum fine for the crime of causing abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult in the first degree; and increasing from 5 years to 10 years the maximum imprisonment and from $5,000 to $10,000 the maximum fine for the crime of causing abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult in the second degree.
