Summary

Limiting the reemployment earnings offset for reemployed retirees of the State Retirement and Pension System to the monthly state-approved medical insurauce premiums for those retired from any unit of State government, and to the approved monthly medical insurance premiums required by the employer for those retired from participating employers; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to recover from a retiree a specified amount under specified circumstances, by a specified date; etc.
