Summary

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, to develop and make available for specified vehicles a registration plate to honor the Appalachian Trail; authorizing specified persons to apply to the Administration for the special registration plate for specified classes of vehicles; requiring the owner of a vehicle issued a special registration plate under the Act to pay specified fees; establishing that specified vehicles are exempt from paying specified fees; etc.
