Summary
Establishing specified supplemental prekindergarten grants beginning in fiscal year 2019; providing for the calculation of specified supplemental prekindergarten grants; requiring specified prekindergarten students to be included in a specified enrollment count for purposes of calculating specified State aid formulas for education; and prohibiting the Act from being construed to authorize the inclusion of specified students in specified education aid calculations.
