Summary
Repealing the requirement that the Motor Vehicle Administration alter the levels of miscellaneous fees for an upcoming fiscal year if the projected cost recovery for the upcoming fiscal year exceeds 100%; increasing the maximum fee that the Administration may set under the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program for the inspection and testing of specified vehicles; providing for the allocation of specified fee revenue generated by the Act; etc.
