Summary

Providing that a requirement that the council of unit owners of a condominium repair or replace certain damage or loss applies in the event of a covered loss; and specifying that, in the case of a covered loss, the owner of the condominium unit where the cause of certain damage or destruction originated is responsible for a certain insurance deductible for the cost of certain repairs or replacements.
