Summary

Altering the definition of "on duty" in the workers' compensation law to include performing support or rehabilitation services, including supplying necessary food or fluids or providing relief from climatic conditions, for emergency responders during an emergency incident or a training exercise; and altering the definition of "volunteer company" to include a volunteer canteen, rehabilitation, or personnel support unit.
