Summary

Altering the prohibition against certain sex acts between a law enforcement officer and certain individuals; altering the penalty relating to sexual contact between a law enforcement officer and a person in the custody of the officer by making a violation of the prohibition a felony and imposing a period of imprisonment of up to 10 years or a fine of up to $3000 or both; and requiring a person convicted of a certain offense to register on a certain sex offender registry.
