Summary

Establishing a specified income tax checkoff system for voluntary contributions to the Maryland Hunger Relief Fund; requiring the Comptroller to include a checkoff on the individual income tax return; requiring the Comptroller to include in each individual income tax return package a description of the purposes for which the Maryland Hunger Relief Fund was established and the purposes for which the Fund may be used; applying the Act to all taxable years beginning after December 31, 2015; etc.
