Summary

Specifying that, with exceptions, not more than one alcoholic beverages license may be issued in one jurisdiction to an individual for the use of an establishment that derives less than 85% of revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages; increasing, subject to specified conditions, the number of Class A licenses that may be issued in the State to any individual for a specified use; requiring a local licensing board to consider specified factors before issuing a specified license; etc.
