Summary

Establishing the Disabled Veterans Guaranteed Basic Income Program; establishing the Disabled Veterans Guaranteed Basic Income Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund; requiring interest earnings of the Fund to be credited to the Fund; requiring, beginning in fiscal year 2025, the Governor to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $5,000,000 to the Fund; and authorizing the appropriation to the Fund to be drawn from the State Lottery Fund or video lottery terminal proceeds.
