Summary
Expressing concern that Garrett County residents are unable to receive broadcasts from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. television stations; urging the Maryland Delegation to Congress to work with the Federal Communications Commission to amend its television market determination regulations to allow Garrett County residents to view Baltimore and Washington, D.C. stations; and urging the Maryland Delegation to work to pass any necessary legislation in the U.S. Congress to allow Garrett County residents to view these stations.
