Requiring the Couples Advancing Together Pilot Program to include the implementation of a specified collaborative learning project to document, assess, and identify changes to specified policies and procedures; requiring the Program to include the development of a specified data-sharing agreement and the implementation of a specified earned income disregard; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to allocate at least $250,000 each fiscal year for the Program; extending the termination date of the Program; etc.
