Summary

Repealing a provision authorizing a party who files exceptions to a master's findings, conclusions, or recommendations in juvenile proceedings not involving juvenile delinquency to elect a hearing de novo; authorizing the court to decide exceptions without a hearing under specified circumstances; requiring that, in juvenile proceedings not involving delinquency, the exceptions be decided on the evidence presented to the master; etc.
