Summary

Repealing a requirement that a specified firearms safety training course include a specified firearms orientation component; and requiring the Secretary of State Police to adopt regulations that allow an applicant for a specified handgun qualification license to receive online all necessary instruction from a firearms safety training course required to be completed.
