Summary

Authorizing the Public Service Commission to require an applicant for authorization of specified transactions to reimburse the Commission for specified costs; prohibiting a public service company from passing these costs on to ratepayers; requiring the Commission to provide specified notice to specified applicants; and providing that a reimbursement under the Act is not an assessment under ยง 2-110 of the Public Utility Companies Article, and is not subject to specified limits under that provision.
