Summary

Requiring the State Board of Cosmetologists to adopt regulations that establish certain curriculum standards for a certain domestic violence and sexual assault awareness course as part of a certain training program; requiring the Board to adopt regulations that set standards for a continuing education course that, at a minimum, requires an hour of domestic violence and sexual assault awareness training as a part of training in health, safety and welfare subjects; etc.
