Summary

Repealing provisions relating to obtaining a criminal history records check in Carroll County; and authorizing the Department of Human Resources of Carroll County to request, along with the submission of two sets of fingerprints and certain fees, from the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services a State and national criminal history records check for a prospective county employee or volunteer who will be assigned to certain positions.
