Summary

Providing that a grantee that obtains title to a condominium unit or to a lot in a homeowners association in a foreclosure sale is jointly and severally liable with the unit owner or the lot owner for up to 6 months of regular monthly assessments, or regular monthly assessments and charges, under a lien imposed for assessments, or assessments and charges due; authorizing the governing body of a homeowners association to impose a lien under the Maryland Contract Lien Act to enforce the payment of assessments and charges due; etc.
