Summary

Altering the amount of compensation of the president of the Cecil County Board of Education to be not less than $4,000 annually and the other voting members to receive not less than $3,500 each annually, as determined by the County Council of Cecil County; providing that the Act does not apply to the compensation of the president or other voting members of the board during a term of office beginning before the effective date of the Act; etc.
