Renaming the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to be the Department of Health; renaming the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to be the Secretary of Health; requiring that specified letterhead, business cards, and other documents may not be used until other specified letterhead, business cards, and documents have been used; and requiring the publisher of the Annotated Code to make specified corrective changes.
