Altering an annual statement that an insurer that issues or delivers policies of homeowner's insurance in the State must provide, to require that the statement summarize the insurer's underwriting standards for insurance eligibility; requiring the statement to include a disclosure that states that the policyholder should communicate with specified persons for additional information regarding the insurer's underwriting standards for insurance eligibility; etc.
