Summary

Authorizing a nonresident of the State to apply for a certificate of title for a motor scooter or moped if the nonresident certifies that the motor scooter or moped will be used principally in the State; and requiring a nonresident owner of a motor scooter or moped to certify at the time of titling that the motor scooter or moped will be used principally in the State.
