Summary

Establishing the Driver's Education Assistance Grant Program in the State Department of Education to support student driver's education instruction in public schools; and authorizing a public school to receive a grant under the Program if the percentage of students eligible to receive free or reduced price meals is above 80%, or the public school is located in a school system where the percent of rural population in the school system is above 30%, as determined by the U.S. Census Bureau.
