Summary

Prohibiting a law enforcement officer from intentionally disabling or failing to activate a body-worn camera in violation of a certain policy developed by the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission; and establishing a penalty for a violation of the Act of imprisonment not to exceed 10 years or a fine of up to $100,000 or both.
