Requiring an insurer that sells or negotiates homeowner's insurance in the State to provide to an applicant or insured, at the time of application or renewal, a written notice that states whether the insurer's standard homeowner's insurance policy provides coverage for loss that is caused by or results from specified discharges of water; requiring the notice to include a specified statement under specified circumstances; etc.
